Development and implementation of value creation and value preservation programs

wdp supports investors and management in increasing and maintaining the value of their companies. In more than 600 projects, wdp has successfully increased company values, for example by identifying growth potentials, implementing growth and efficiency measures, and optimizing IT development. In the event of management bottlenecks or in crisis situations, wdp consultants assume responsibility for operational implementation as interim managers.

Growth

wdp identifies growth potentials and adapts digital best practices with a view to the respective industries, business models and sales organizations of its client companies. As interim managers and project leaders, wdp consultants ensure the establishment of efficient sales processes and provide KPI-based optimization of all marketing and sales activities.

As interim, change or project managers, experienced wdp consultants ensure that the identified potential is also implemented in the organization and coordinate the necessary change process.

Digital Platform

wdp helps clients drive the digitization of their business models. To do this, wdp consultants optimize requirements engineering and IT development with agile processes. If necessary, wdp identifies and recruits missing roles within the customer organization to align it optimally for the future.
